Added upgrade stones for weapon, shields and armor

Some random mobs will drop them.
For now - for today - You can meet NPC in thais and ask gim for
"upgrade weapon" / "upgrade shield" / "upgrade armor"
he will give You a stone for free - for test

It is really OP thing, but % to lose item on failed upgrade is high rate too

Yes, all players who will be going to PK just for fun without a reason are going to be banned. We are small community, so I will not let anyone to break someone fun, because You want to break the rules

Added exura min and utevo lux min for rookgaard players!
Added !share command for shared experience in party
Runes made by player got 2x charges (HMM, UH, GFB, EXPLO, SD)
Fluids flask after use disappear
Added protection level till reach lvl 25
Added broadcast msg for reaching a level
Nerf on loot from Bosses (thais and from jail stones)

I recommend him, he is a very valuable person for you!

Destructive behavior, attacking a small community, using macro and probably other 3dr party programs.

A gold player worthy of every OTS.

Despite above situation between both Gents. I would like to highly recommend that fun server. Community is very helpful either you want to choose hard way or soft way at the beginning. Have been playing from beginning and it's still fun!
