There are a few problems which are able to cause this problem. First: Check if the tile beneath the door is added as house aswell. If it is, right-click the door and press "Properties". If the door doesn't have a door ID yet, give it one. A door which is 'part of a house' must have a door...

The action ID should be: level + 1000 (!) Leveldoor foor level 250 = 250 + 1000 = 1250 Leveldoor for level 30000 = 30000 + 1000 = 31000 (!) (!) BEWARE, in your config.lua is probably a 'max level for leveldoors'. Set this to 30 000 (or higher if you want)

AID = level + 1000 = 2500

You've gotta download a distribution. One of the client you made your map in would be usual. How to setup your OT, you can find here. Place your 'custom map.otbm' in data/world and setup your config.lua right. Good luck!
