NPC 7.6 Npc that teleport me only 2 times

Hello ^_^

I'm searching a 7.6 Npc (can be a boat npc) that teleport me only 2 times to a place and after the 2 times the npc should say "Sorry i can't teleport you to this place again"

Would be nice if someone can script it for me.
I need it for 7.6

do you have skills in scripting?

i have not time so:

if you have a quest there is a code "0"

the "0" means that you haven't done the quest you can do the´quest 1 times

ok copy the line from actions/quest.xml

paste it inthe right place under the teleporting ID's

but change the "0" into "1"

i hope it works i have no tie to test it
