Hello! I get down for doing the OTS, and so I have some questions
1. How do I make VIP system?
2 How to make NPC has moved, people (which account VIP) on VIP Island?
3 How to make an account to VIP, could buy Mana runes?
4 How to make Man Run, could use it, only people with VIP account?
5 What program to use to edit the database in the OTS?
