There will be a NPC at Thais Library, right to the DP. Tasks will give you experience, access to boss, and premium points when completed.

You can either buy access to it, or do the Arena Quest. He is on Thais downtown, close to the main hole that give you access to the underground, really easy to see.

First of all, server has no dedicated host for shits. Secondly, people are botting however they want back and fourth. Third, script your monsters. They are SHIT! Monsters double hit sometimes tripple hit. They act weird move weird. Even formulas for e-wave, Sd, gfb, are incorrect.
