Alright, number 1, I've been readin gpeople threads about ideas for the server and My fave's are the new hunting grounds and the mage weapons. So They have my vote

I have reason to believe that there is a quest for the second promotion? Is this quest premium only?

No, its open to everyone and has a lvl 150 req

actually. the first door says only premium users (to tyreal)
then second door says 150+ only (quest)
