Yes, he is allowed, but it should be 1 time per day, some users actually bump like 3 or 4 times per day.

But this could be abused, by making a second user to BUMP with.

Well, people already bump with the primary user so this will be stopped, and if bump with a second one a moderator can see it.


btw guys, this protection can be set up for any hours (12 or 24 should be great), not only for days, it's only to prevent the users bump 3 or 4 times per day.

The issue with second account, what if you can't have two accounts on the same ISP adress (not IP).
F.ex, [email protected].

You could still use proxy and stuff like that, but would reduce the bumping and fake account issues a lot.
