Windows Cannot Use Talkactions?

I'm using 10.41 TFS 1.0 tibia server and I made a Znote AAC.
I made my character a God through the admin page on the website
but when i login, i cant use any commands like ./a1 or /B
Any solutions?
I also have a GlobalEvent Interface error with "startup.lua" that may be the problem, but i don't know how it fix it

You have to also add type: 5, in phpmyadmin-> accounts.
