cant connect to my server

hi guys! when i try to login its only loading i dont know why!!
i have portforwarded everthing!! whats the problem anyone now

I doubt that, or else you would be able to login.

Btw, do you try to login at the server, that you have on the same computer?
Try to use your loop back ip (127.0.0.1) or your lan ip (10.0.0.2 / 192.168.0.2 / 192.168.1.2) w/e your ip is.

how do you know which internal ip you have, go to run and type CMD.
A black window open up.
Type: ipconfig
Now some info about your connections shows up.
then look for:
IPv4-adress: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Okey, first start off with:

There is no admin, the highest rank is: GOD. So I gave you the list of Group_ids.

I later thought that you maybe ment your website (If u now own one). To get Admin rights at the website u have to set your account PAGE_acess to 5, in phpmyadmin.
