client title bar change edit help

i wasnt too sure where to post this but i hope this is the right place.

ive made a custom client with new icon and such, but the 1 thing that i still need to do is change the title bar as it still shows "Tibia" which is annoying lol, i know it can be done as ive seen on collapser/chasm/i think pokemon too, ive looked for a long time on google and tried so many programs to change the title but they were either not permanent or they wernt the right thing for the job, if someone knows how to change the applications title permanently please tell me how or where to get a program to do this, thanks for reading.

Hex Editing is the only other way if you're not using a program to do it.
