You have to open used ports from config.lua in your firewall, or a router if you use that.

PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall has some great tutorials.

Now my question is, what are you using? Router, switch, or not? If you are only using a firewall, all you need to do is to whether turn it off, or open the ports in your firewall.

If you are having a router, then you need to open the ports in there aswell.
