Connection problems to server waiting queue

Hello! I recently downloaded a server package and wanted to explore the server for a little bit. I got passed character selection and got to the waiting queue as it says that there's too many players online.

I am ofc the only one there and cannot seem to get past this issue. It's a 7.6 server if that is relevant.
