Windows Connection Problems

Hello, I just started a server, but I need some help.

I host on one computer, and play on another.

But how can I fix this: To many connections attempts from this IP. Try again later.

Where can I fix that?`It's cames up when I trying to connect with my other computer. Gratefull for helps.

[Wasted]

Means you connected to many times so it timed out your connection. You can change the settings in the config.
