Windows Convert XML to SQL?

Hello, im need one support with me, i need any program for pass to XML to SQL, any program with PHP, too...

But i dont know, convert to xml2sql.exe, now change for xml2sql.sql and now for bat, how i can?

i use a docuemnt.sql, and copy xml2sql.cpp and paste to docuemt.sql nop?
