Windows Database Issue, player loosing all eq

Hey, I don't know if anyone else has been encountering this but, recently all players without a aol has lost all their equipments when dieing, and ive got alot of complaints about this.

Now, does anyone have a solution for this? I am begging you, help me out. thanks

Did you check items loss % or something like that in your database? Maybe its too high. If so, update all items loss % to 10, its default.

UPDATE `players` SET `loss_items` = 10
