Windows Duplicate Items Help

I heard from some of my Gamemaster that people duplicate their items on my server with the help of their house, I dont know how to do it, I dont know how to prevent it. Please, do anyone have a clue what this bug is all about ?

1. If your server is crashing a lot, then they are putting an item in their depot, crash server, re log and it is back in their backpack, AND depot.

2. the TFS npc dupe problem was fixed

only two ways I know.
