Editting Players <Help

can anyone help me, im new to 8.31 ot servers and i need help with changing a players access code... the player or account folder isnt there, and most of the OT Servers i've dled dont have it.
can anyone tell me what to do to change the access codes?

Most, if not all, servers are now SQL. Check out this tutorial (http://otland.net/f137/how-setup-mysql-database-photos-4882/). SQL servers use a MySQL/SQLite database to store the account, player, and other information instead of XML files (hint the name XML server).
