Effects on Latest News, Help.

I've a homepage and I wants to get some effects on the Latest News, like.. Getting the text big or how to take down the text and puts them into this
" ● Blabla ".. I mean.. Alzeria.net have a great Latest News, how can I get it like theirs? With big text in the start and more..

Btw, "write your text here" means that you can write whatever you want there.
