I don't know shit about servers and IP's etc. But what this is what I read from the email:

Went to this site: IP Address Locator - Enter an IP address to find its location - Lookup Country Region City etc, then put the IP adress in and it says its a Canadian IP adress. Which obviously isn't where Stephan Vogler is..

You are blind?? Its from [email protected] <hosting service where is mastercores? If is that true that probably (cipsoft sent it to hosting service and they resend it to mastercores crew).

That IP address is the head of no-ip abuse mail.
