An error occorred while sending email! Try again or contact with admin.

I have configured it properly - I am sure.

but I can't find that in my php.ini file.

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 Server and Apache2, PHP5.

There are several things that can apply to this issue:
-Smtp server is not set up correctly
-Router deny the usage of those ports out of the network
and a few more.

Are you hosting the smtp server?
What AAC version are you running?
Could you post your settings?

Answer those, and I'll be able to help you further
