My globalstorages are not sent to the database, I wonder as I do for her to go to the database and that it does not reset every time the server restarts ... Would you like to World Quests global same, but without globalStorage is complicated.

Global storages are only saved in the server at the time of its running. After the server shuts down, the values are erased.
There are several ways you can accomplish this and some may sound silly.

You could create a mule character that is specifically designed to hold storage values that can be saved to the database. (just use player storages for this)
You could just override the original function to store data to the database, you'd only have to add tables yourself.
You could save storages to a text file and parse them whenever.
