I don't want to be unbanned, so don't look at this post as "seeking for unban", I just want to show the evidence to everyone and to prove that actions from @ellvo were unfair and without any evidence from his side.
To conclude:
I am the player who was supporting your server for the longest period, I even played on your servers back in 2014-2015 but now it's time to say ciao bella and it's the end due to your unfair actions and your behaviour towards your players.
Gunzodus community knows you Vallais and how you deal with reports which is mostly just delete the post or totally ignore it, I am sure many neutrals who are not part of PVP on Gunzodus.net would agree with this, but I bet you won't let me share this post on your Forum cus too many people would support it and you would realize how wrong you are in this situation, you provide to us nothing besides the words (once again, which are just to save your reputation and to avoid losing players). Don't try to act like you're perfect around here, cus check the evidence mentioned above. How you act on your Forum? When some player is right about something and you are wrong then you just totally ignore the post/delete it or even worse ban the player, your actions are beyond unfair.

If Gunz/Vallais fails to punish an offence (they probably did on the case when you provided them with the one gif)
does not make you feasible to also do an offense, and expect no punishment.
For this offense the expected banishment was 2 days, you got 1 for whatever reason (probably corruption for flawless side hurr durr), yet you started to insult the moderation team like hell, that moderation team who is also made and hosting the server you played probably for the last 3-4 years, and lets be real, you wouldn't have played it if there was anything better.
There are not that many, if any other as competent server hosts as them, with servers capable of hosting a tibia server for 3k+ players
I'm playing for fun as a neutral player on and off, Vallais always provided support for me within minutes(on working hours) otherwise asap, any bug or inconvenience is fixed, whenever they can, never seen before on any ots this active and caring staff tbh.
As it is summer, they probably also have vacations, and cannot be behind monitor 24/7, that probably you can understand.
Neither they are as big company that they could hire multiple people doing that 24/7 checking when ppl block soul war or library.
A constructive criticism for the moderation team would be that they should ban retrospectively any offence breakers provided evidence.

Firstly, I am not quite sure if you even read the post from @saul goodman and mine post before writing all this, honestly I think you didn't cus your post makes no sense at all.
Moreover, you saying that all support team asked for was video/gif, once again, you got plenty of evidence of enemy team blocking soul war where you can easily see all the names of people who are breaking the rules for few days straight with diff chars (so its not 1 gyazo) and there is VIDEO proof on @Guga12 post as well.
Therefore for your future posts I would like you to read everything before making another post since you are the one that's accusing us for "insulting the moderation team like hell", could you please send me any proof of me insulting support team in any part of my post?
Lastly, all we have been asking for is the "so called proof @ellvo is always asking us to provide" for following situations:
1. Enemies blocking soul war for few days straight without any punishment (I doubt all 3 admins from support team were on vacation in the same time, so why weren't they banned for breaking the rules same as we got banned in 10 min after trying to do the same thing)
2. Proof of me creating this post which made my ban permanent (I made my first post here after I've seen that I got permanent ban for no reason)
3. Proof of VPN abuse on their last edition of Ixodus.net - where Vallais banned us twice with reason "VPN Abuse" while he could've easily checked that it's 5 diff players moving/typing in same time
If you canno't provide the evidence behind those unfair punishments on Ixodus/Gunzodus then I would highly appreciate from you @david gython to not accuse me of insulting anyone while all am asking for is the evidence behind our banishments and why we canno't play normally as we used to? I have never used VPN on Ixodus and yet I was banned for it twice?

tldr you guys are doing bullshit rule breaking/destructive behaviour with or without vpn and whatnot blocking spawns like retards then pointing fingers instead of fighting like real proffesional tibia players like we did back in the days for hive.
It's their server and they prefer to ban children with destructive mindset who mock and insult them and their integrity, doesnt matter what, you do bad shit, you get banned for it, plain and simple.
You can't blame them for that, blame yourself you pvp gods cannot play like a normal players with integrity and must do shit like this then making a drama about it and accusing them of corruption. In real life if you falsely accuse somebody for this kind of crime, it's very expensive business.

an admin can see from where the characters are being logged in daily (determines the owner of the character)
then if all of a sudden theese character from the same owner are logged in from different ips just to block a spawn (destructive rule breaking on its own) does not matter if the owner have 3 Vms with vpn or he gave out hes botchars for somebody to break the rules, since you were the person doing childish bullshit, you deserve a ban for it, you are the one to prove otherwise that you were not guilty.
Since the only way to avoid this kind of abuses is making it illegal to share an account (be happy its not) or punish people from old ip data, deal with the consequences of your actions. Also to prove themselves right it on forum or even pm as you would wish, would be illegal to share personal data as an IP adress anywhere.

A constructive criticism for the moderation team would be that they should ban retrospectively any offence breakers provided evidence.

Both parties of the hurr durr big skill pvp teams on otc client behaving like pathetic mad kids, and its just cringe reading your bullshit constantly on forums.
You have to understand, the moderation team not siding with anybody, it's even good for them if there are multiple teams fighting for dominando for obvious reasons, so if they cared only about money, banning a whole guild would, and will not benefit them at all, and they know that.
They are trying to be fair, one or the other team is most probably better providing evidence or luckier with the timing of their reports. Trust me they would not destroy their job and reputation, cause of any "side" or team or "10 euro donation from jabol", since most of you also donated most probably a good amount of cash to their servers.
If you gonna keep this bullshit drama conspiracy up bullying admins and behaving like this, all you will do is make 2 caring and talented informaticans leave the ots scene to do an other IT job, then all we could play is aurera or some other random buggy br rlmap ots, so be fair and think for a bit before ur next drama towards them.

We don't have issue with Gunz and Havoc - they are great, but Vallais is a degenerative imbecile.
Plenty of posts deleted on forums where positive critics has been told.
Few years back, there was a bug when you pot with your RP on spam, you don't shoot bolts or arrows. I reported it and he just said it is as intended like on real. I told him it is not like on real and he just deleted my post. 10 months after he changed the bug when another guy noticed the same thing and reported.

tldr you guys are doing bullshit rule breaking/destructive behaviour with or without vpn and whatnot blocking spawns like retards then pointing fingers instead of fighting like real proffesional tibia players like we did back in the days for hive.
It's their server and they prefer to ban children with destructive mindset who mock and insult them and their integrity, doesnt matter what, you do bad shit, you get banned for it, plain and simple.
You can't blame them for that, blame yourself you pvp gods cannot play like a normal players with integrity and must do shit like this then making a drama about it and accusing them of corruption. In real life if you falsely accuse somebody for this kind of crime, it's very expensive business.
they were not blocking soulwars for 3 days straigt since I did soul war bosses every single day the last few days and it was very free to enter
also hunted there several other time and seen nobody blocking the entrance. Next time they do, make sure have obs ready
an admin can see from where the characters are being logged in daily (determines the owner of the character)
then if all of a sudden theese character from the same owner are logged in from different ips just to block a spawn (destructive rule breaking on its own) does not matter if the owner have 3 Vms with vpn or he gave out hes botchars for somebody to break the rules, since you were the person doing childish bullshit, you deserve a ban for it, you are the one to prove otherwise that you were not guilty.
Since the only way to avoid this kind of abuses is making it illegal to share an account (be happy its not) or punish people from old ip data, deal with the consequences of your actions. Also to prove themselves right it on forum or even pm as you would wish, would be illegal to share personal data as an IP adress anywhere.

VPN and IP issues are solved from admin side as I explained above, in every single game where multi can be abused, most of the online the games will ban you retrospectively (checking multiple months) for shit like this if they see the same ip on 2 character or account being in the same multi-abuse allegation, it's ban.

Give me one proof of where me or my team complained about Vallais's actions without him being the one who made the first move. Remember every Vallais's action has our reaction, for example: banning us twice for VPN abuse which we never did, and what are we supposed to do - be happy about it? Instead of banning us he could've easily checked it that its 5 different people moving and typing in same time. I doubt anyone can do it via VPN or virtual machine right?
Regarding blocking soul war, once again you have proven my point, you haven't read my post, enemies blocking soul war happened like 3-4 weeks ago (which you can see on screenshots with forum reports) not in "last few days" as you mentioned it.
You trying to save their reputation while speaking to us in aggressive tone is not working out very well for you, calm down a bit please.

You brought up again your vpn proof what I explained very well, how they are checking those kind of rulebreaking in every game. They are most probably not recording/keeping records of what thoose 5 characters were doing exactly when they were on, but don't quote me on that.
If they blocked soulwar for a long period of time, you could have made dozens of videos as a proof of their offense with timestamps even that you could bring up now as a counterargument, yet you have a shit quality picture what is not good enough for a proof and 1 gif, wich i don't understand why was not taken as proof for a bannable offense. They totally should be banned for a day like yourselves.
Tho it could feel like I'm agaist you, I understand your point, I would be pissed off also probably in your shoes.
But my final point is keep your hands clean of offenses/admin flaming, and you wont have any problem in the future.
I think calling Vallais "corrupt" and saying Jabol is paying him, with this kind of proof on this thread is very weak and offensive, and I also don't think if hes actions were unjustified the other "good"admins wouldn't have taken counteraction agaist Vallais to correct if he made any mistake or unjustice.
