Help with this map error

Hi. Im Eferdi. Long time ago i wanted to create a OT Server, and finally i dit it. Now when i log in with my admin user/pass (1/1)the map looks so weird, and i cant play with that account. This is what i see. Im using the most newests files that i found here

Plus, i dont know how to make accounts and characters to the created account, please help.

What can i do? Thanks in advice

Create an Account with the Account Manager ?

You just have to write: Account, Character, NAME, YES, GENDER, YES, VOCATION, YES

And then you'll have to relog and you'll be in the main city/rookgard.

When i try to install it i get this and i cant finish.
