Help

[Repingtibia]

I'm having trouble with running tibia on my sisters laptop, i downloaded tibia version 8.6, asperates ip changer which i have on my computer and everything seems to work on mine but on hers i can't even logged in, the ip adress was the same i checked the tibia version on the ip changer.. it was 8.6 so im not sure whats wrong

i have windows 7 but i disabled UAC and i ran tibia as administrator but still nothing

can any one help me
