Hitting rate

How can you make the hitting rate higher, need help, because in my server everyone hits so slow even gods. Maybe the noobish question ever but plx help xD

<formula meleeDamage="1.0"

change to

<formula meleeDamage="1.5"

If you want atk hits more fast, change here:

attackspeed="1200"

If the number is small, the attack will be faster.
