You goto No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP
Then you sign in..
Then you goto add a host
( https://www.no-ip.com/members/dns/host.php )
When you clicked Create Host..
Its your ip (People can log in on it etc...)
