How to unban IP ban / How to give tutor

1. I banned someone by command /b. It's ip ban. Now I want to unban him, but i don't know, how
2. GoD is group id: 3, type 5
and what is tutor / senior tutor?

I have the same problem are you mate.. I just wanna make a normal ban not an ip ban on the player.

You can remove a "/b" IP ban by removing the entry in the database... And to do a normal ban... You need to use the Rule Violation menu via right clicking on a player, a player's message, or their name in your VIP list.
