im new,i created my account but when i change the ip and put my number and password, its say that one of those are wrong, but i put the passwords perfectly what can i do????

Make sure you are trying to connect to the OT with the correct Tibia client.
Eg, you probably wont be able to connect to an 8.21 OT with an 8.20 client. You will receive the message (account or password is incorrect).

Also make sure that the server you tried to connect with has at least one player online to make sure that nothing is bugged at the server.
By the way, what does Windows comes in this window? Isn't this about Tibia?

Look if you're using the right version of tibia that the ipchanger supports.
