Windows I little problem with my web page!

so im new at this ! and i need some help! i tryed using gesior acc i did the instalation and it worked... now when someone trys to see the webpage it dosent open i dont have a router so i dont need to forward ports...and i tryed also with :8090 and i didnt work so... anyone have some ideas?

open port 80 in your firewall/restart your pc.
