iPhone 4.

That was the stupidest thing ever. Lol. Controlled? What the hell are you talking about lol. Closed..? eh.. Dude there's apps for everything. And this changing battery is just bullshit since i've owned an iphone for 1 year and I don't know where the hell you got this battery thing from. I've had no issues with it. Second of all if you "Feel" like it's closed and everything is controlled my apple, Well that's only good.
1. There's Apps for EVERYTHING and they probably dont want 100 weather apps in the appstore, 2 or 3 is enough.
2. Only idiotic people jailbreaks/unlocks their iPhone to get More apps 90 percent of them is games that isn't approved by apple so please if you're gonna be gaming on your phone all day then i dont recommend you this phone bro :S
3. Borrowing it from apple? They can change your phone or .. what the hell is this crap, where did you get it from? You can do anything to your iPhone, now you can even create folders n that. pretty awesome and there's everything you need. And WHY i don't give a shit why it's closed to apple is because they have everything. What else do you want them to add? I've jailbroken my ipod touch once and i regret it since i downloaded some shitty thing from Cydia wich screwed up my ipod. So thank god that apple made such a great phone and I love the appstore since there's everything you need + more + more useless stuff so there's nothing else they can add lol.

And that my friend was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. :p

That was the stupidest thing ever. Lol.
Yes, reading your post revealed the most stupidest thing I have ever read.

Controlled? What the hell are you talking about lol.
The fact that Apple decides what goes on your iPhone and what doesn't. It's so simple: any other mobile phone lets you install anything from anywhere - the iPhone doesn't.

Closed..? eh.. Dude there's apps for everything.
No, there isn't:

1. There's Apps for EVERYTHING and they probably dont want 100 weather apps in the appstore, 2 or 3 is enough.
Well you sure picked a really bad example for this, because searching the App Store gives us tens of "weather apps". So if Apple's approval process isn't about "quality over quantity", what is it...?

Second of all if you "Feel" like it's closed and everything is controlled my apple, Well that's only good.
How can you seriously say that? Do you even know how ridiculous some of Apple's rejections are? This iPad app was rejected for using a common gesture known on the device. If I were Apple, I would be encouraging developers to develop intuitive user interfaces, not preventing them from doing so.

Then there's all those newspaper and e-book readers that also have been rejected. The reason? "Obscene content". The apps in question allowed access to a newspaper with nude photos and access to the Kama Sutra (out of hundreds of others, "non-obscene" books). However, shouldn't Apple not bundle Safari with their device, because nothing prevents an user from being exposed to the horrors of YouPorn and RedTube if they can browse freely on their device, right...?

Then there's those political cartoons that were rejected for "ridiculing public figures". I don't even know what to say.

Of course, Apple's rules are that "you don't duplicate any iPhone functionality" - so making your own browser, for example, is out of question.

Or not - Apple's double standards shine here again when they approved Opera Mini for the iPhone. Seriously, guys?

You can find much more than what I've outlined above if you bother to. But obviously you have been brainwashed to just not care.

2. Only idiotic people jailbreaks/unlocks their iPhone to get More apps 90 percent of them is games that isn't approved by apple so please if you're gonna be gaming on your phone all day then i dont recommend you this phone bro :S
Yes, it's completely idiotic to want to install more apps and whatever apps you want to on your phone. Let's all submit to Apple's rules instead, and enjoy computing prison.

And this changing battery is just bullshit since i've owned an iphone for 1 year and I don't know where the hell you got this battery thing from. I've had no issues with it.
Wait a year and you'll have to replace your battery. Of course, while you go to the nearest Apple service center, I'll go to the nearest store to buy a new battery, take off the back cover of my phone and swap the batteries.

I dare say that my procedure will be much cheaper, too.

And that my friend was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. :p

You dont understand it since you've probably not been owning an iphone for over 1 month +. I wonder why Apple succeeds with their phones more than the other companies. After Apple made the iPhone 3G. I laughed everyday when i saw Sony Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, srsly EVERY fucking company in the world started to make touch mobiles. Then comparing it to the iPhone.

At microsoft the Bosses got mad at the workers since they were owning an iPhone. iPhone iPhone iPhone. The others are just trying to defeat it some how, And that Apple has stolen ideas or what ever. I don't give a shit? Why should I care if they have stolen ideas from somebody else. The Phone is awesome and i'm gonna buy it. Since the other phones are crappy, alot of buttons, you gotta press hard as hell on the touch screen to make it react, Complicated shit you dont even understand what you're doing. But a fucking kid knows how to handle an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch. Instead of pressing alot of buttons to copy a text, on the iPhone you just simply hold your finger over the text you wanna copy. And people who are complaining about the Touch Keyboard that it is hard to type, That's just something you get used to wich isnt a very big problem. It's smooth, Almost NEVER lags, atleast the 3GS doesnt lag. And if you call waiting 3 seconds as a "Lag" Then you're stupid. But ofc, if you Jailbreak the iPhone. Then add alot of crap games and apps that apple hasnt approved, Then a theme, then a background. Ofc it starts to get shitty and laggy. iPhone is incredible when you hold it in your hands, You really feel how easy things really are. By touching I can get the latest news in 5 seconds, or a song, or a location. Now you can even create folders. They're just making it even better and better. And ofc there's other cellphones that are similar but I like the iPhone most since it fits me the most and easiest phone and best phone i've ever had so far.

I got lots of friends that owns an iPhone. I've never heard of this battery issue. this is probably something you've read on the internet.

All you're talking about it APPS. Sure, But Please give me examples of the apps that you don't think are in the appstore. Just give 3-5 examples. Even though that isn't even enough but what ever let's see what you say.

As I said in my latest post is that iPhone is easier to handle than all other stupid touch mobiles. There could be other mobiles that are good too but iPhone fits mine the best.

One last question, Why is apple succeeding more with their phones if now you're saying the other touch phones are better?
Apple are now richer than microsoft now.
They are selling a huge amount of phones/ipods/ipads What ever..
There's 100.000.000 Users entering appstore every day according to Steve Jobs. Imagine 30.000.000 of those users buys an app that costs 2 dollars. uhm, yeah.

So trying to find a way to get better than the iPhone or apple is just dumb since you're wasting your money and time. Most people in the world buys the iPhone, So do i and it fits me perfectly. :D

I got lots of friends that owns an iPhone. I've never heard of this battery issue. this is probably something you've read on the internet.
Once again you manage to miss the point. It's not about whether there are any problems with the battery - it's about how the battery part is not user serviceable.

And it's not a secret that battery life degrades with usage.

All you're talking about it APPS. Sure, But Please give me examples of the apps that you don't think are in the appstore. Just give 3-5 examples. Even though that isn't even enough but what ever let's see what you say.
I'm not sure you understand. I've listed numerous examples of why Apple's "only install apps from our store" model is completely flawed and should not be the only method. I've listed numerous unfair app rejections. Now it is time for you to provide an argument, not for me to write more.

As I said in my latest post is that iPhone is easier to handle than all other stupid touch mobiles.
While it's true that at the moment Apple are masters at user interface design, the Android platform is evolving very quickly and soon it will surpass iOS in the one thing it hasn't yet - user interface.

I have a great amount of respect for Apple's work and the attention to detail put to it, but no, I would not use an iPhone because of the locked down platform.

One last question, Why is apple succeeding more with their phones if now you're saying the other touch phones are better?
What kind of argument is this? It's no secret that Apple has a brilliant marketing team and that they were the first one to introduce a "modern touch screen phone" (one with a simple user interface and a responsive touch screen).

But if you're going to argue with statistics, have a look at this:

And it's just getting started. Mobile operators are starting to provide more and more Android smartphones and are getting more aggressive in their marketing.

In the meanwhile, what does Apple add to their mobile phone OS... multitasking after 3 years - something that Android has done since version 1.0? Something that my 6 year old Nokia 6600 can do? Great job, guys!

Then you can tell me why the apples iphone is the best even the android is better look the googles nexus one!

Then you can tell me why apple has sold most of them all. Googles nexus one is a joke, You seen when it's scrolling? It fucking lags down. iPhone FTW.

And vpaan, You're kinda repeating the same thing all the time.
I think you're one of those "Odd" ones that doesnt look at the iPhone as the rest of us do. You're trying to find a better way or something. That's what pisses me off. It's exactly like jailbreaking an iPhone wich totally screws it up.

Apple = The original company that made a REAL, Good, incredible Touch Screen Phone. Nothing else.

I stick with the original stuff and not some andriod nexus Xperia or what ever all of them are called.

Then you can tell me why apple has sold most of them all. Googles nexus one is a joke, You seen when it's scrolling? It fucking lags down. iPhone FTW.
Please. Any device will "lag down" at one point or another, and all of the current generation Android phones I've seen (and used) are very smooth.

And vpaan, You're kinda repeating the same thing all the time.
Yes, it seems like that is the only way to drill some arguments into your thick skull.

Speaking of arguments, I guess you're out of any, judging from your lack of any response to my posts. So you were wrong, after all.

I think you're one of those "Odd" ones that doesnt look at the iPhone as the rest of us do.
And exactly how do you "look" at the iPhone? I look at it as a very nice device with a great operating system and user interface, but very crippled by Apple's lockdown of it.

As I said before, I'm a Linux user. Until very recently, iOS devices were not supported on Linux - finally someone has done the reverse engineering job and I can finally add music to my iPod Touch without iTunes in a virtual machine. And that is what disgusts me - Apple could simply do it like any other MP3 player on the market and have it show up as a simple USB removable hard disk instead.

But no, let's force users to sync their media using iTunes. Proprietary software is required for such a simple task: adding music to a MP3 player.

It's not just on the software side - Apple uses proprietary USB connectors instead of the standard (in Europe) microUSB port.

You're trying to find a better way or something.
I've already found it. It's what any mobile phone since the invention of mobile Java has supported: the installation of apps from any source.

Let's repeat once more: on my Nokia 6600 or N95, I can browse the internet and find any random SIS (Symbian) file and install it on my device.

On the iPhone I would have to find all my apps from the App Store. The App Store is a great concept, and is by no doubt a much more usable alternative to finding apps from the internet "manually" for regular users.

As I said, app stores are great for regular users. But I'm a tech enthusiast. I know what I'm doing. And thus my device should let me do what I want to. This is what Android does right: there's Google's Market, but nothing prevents installation from outside it.

I might want to install most of my apps from the Android Market so that I can keep track of updates easily. But as an example, Astrid is an open source Android app. If I would want to keep track of the development, I could compile the application myself and drop the APK on my device and install it.

Apple = The original company that made a REAL, Good, incredible Touch Screen Phone. Nothing else. I stick with the original stuff and not some andriod nexus Xperia or what ever all of them are called.
You have obviously never heard of HTC or Palm phones, which have been touchscreen enabled years before the iPhone was.

Your stance is completely arrogant - if much better mobile phones are available, why would you stick to the worse original? Perhaps you should switch your Windows/Mac computer to a Xerox Star instead, because they were the first ones to come up with the modern windowed graphical user interface?

Apple fanboys...

I eat apples :p

And I'd rather have an open-source Android =)

I like the iphones menu and i like the design but i don't give it a 10/10 i give it like 5/10 or something

Please. Any device will "lag down" at one point or another, and all of the current generation Android phones I've seen (and used) are very smooth.

oh jesus christ, first you're sayin apple iPhone 4 is bad and bla bla, now you're saying you're a Linux User.

What the fuck, you're going to the wrong direction dude you got some big issues.

And my thick skull? Are you a dumbass or just pretending to be one? Though it's pointless asking, since either way you come of as a dumbass.
Trying to be special using other things than the rest of us do.

secondly, just buy it? its worth it? what in the god damn fuck, why didn't your mother abort you you retarded undeveloped cunt, what is so god damn worth about complaining on the best and try to find your own emo ways.
Sure go buy the Google Nexus one, ENJOY IT REALLY MUCH. Fucking shit even the home menu lags on it. Jesus christ >.<

And By the way, Do NOT Insult me when i'm trying to argue with you.
It's against the rules, So skip the bullshit and get real start to make things as everybody else you asinine piece of inbred trash.

Do you even have friends?

I can fucking imagine your conversations with them.

-Hey Let's go to McDonald's.

-Nah I'm going to burger king it's better.

-It's the same shit and McDonald's is right over there.

-SO, IM A CHUCKLEFUCKER I'M GOING TO BURGER KING CUZ IT'S DIFFERENT AND MAKES ME FEEL SPECIAL.

Idiot.

oh jesus christ, first you're sayin apple iPhone 4 is bad and bla bla, now you're saying you're a Linux User.
I'm not sure if there's some kind of point here to be made or if you're just trying to insult me.
Trying to be special using other things than the rest of us do.
"Trying to be special"? Exactly how am I trying to do so...?

Sure go buy the Google Nexus one, ENJOY IT REALLY MUCH. Fucking shit even the home menu lags on it. Jesus christ >.<
Actually, I'm more of an HTC Desire person. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

And By the way, Do NOT Insult me when i'm trying to argue with you.
That's funny, the only person falling to the ad hominem fallacy here seems to be you, since I appear to be an "retarded, undeveloped cunt" and an "inbred [piece of] trash" as you call me.

And this is coming from the person who is unable to hold their argument without completely exploding in my face

I made statements, not questions so stop answering my sentences one by one it's fucking annoying to read.
1. Get out of my thread since you're not even answering what i'm saying. You're taking out parts of my fucking text and commenting them. So piss off.
2. I'm not interested of some jerk writing a news paper in my thread because you're quote kid trying to impress us all with your perfect english and all those arguments.

iPhone is better than all other cellphones in my opinion. HTC Is not smooth while scrolling around in the menu or lists or anything like that. It kinda lags when you're scrolling, not like the iPhone wich pisses me off

I made statements, not questions so stop answering my sentences one by one it's fucking annoying to read.
I'm merely interested in why you think "I'm trying to be special", but you obviously are not interested in answering. As a geek, shouldn't I use what I like the most (instead of using what would make me "special"), meaning that I can decide whether I like the iPhone or not myself?

1. Get out of my thread since you're not even answering what i'm saying. You're taking out parts of my fucking text and commenting them. So piss off.
Usually when you make a thread in a discussion forum, other people might post in it. Try to keep this in mind the next time you do so.

2. I'm not interested of some jerk writing a news paper in my thread because you're quote kid trying to impress us all with your perfect english and all those arguments.
My English is "perfect"? Well, thank you - I never thought that way! :)

Of course, I'm not trying to "impress anyone". I'm simply stating my opinions and responding to other people's arguments.
