Magic level stuck.

The magic level of Palinkoo (paladin) is stuck at 31% to 44. Is this a bug or not?

About The magic level (Mage) have some bug i think because i have 38% to next ml and when im logg is 38% again and Usually when im train is like 20% or 8% and when i logg is 38% again.

It's because you need to spent more mana than variable type in engine can handle, would require rewriting of whole OT engine.
