Compiling Need help with connecting- very easy fix

Ok i have a server, and i have ports 7171,7172 and 8000 open. when my friend logs in, character list pops up, and when he selects his character, it loads for like 10 seconds, then says connection timed out. Im am using 8.5 yurots thanks =D Rep+
