Compiling Need items.otb editor

Hello i need items.otb editor - tibia 8.54 and TFS 0.3.6
I have to change chest (id 1740) because its "quest chest" (95%quests has reward in this chest). This chest is bugged becasue everyone can move it... i have to change it.
Is there any items.otb editor?

if you put an uniqueid on it, it shouldn't be moveable by normal players

Oh right, i was moving chest by God. Must UniqueID be exactly the same as ActionID?
