No i'm using plain PHP for templates. Its the fastest method.

A bit late, but yes. It will be possible to use the themes of Gesior. This AAC has backward support, just be sure that in config.php you got

'backward_support' => true,

Otherwise, if you're not going to use Gesior pages or layouts, you can disable it (your page will load faster then)
