It's Sabayon with KDE4 and compiz-fusion (Gentoo based OS).
You can download the sources (as described on main post) but you'll have to compile it yourself.

Okay, so... here are some screenshots of the item pallete:
Basically, there's a combo box on the top of those items, you choose the category and it renders up to 500 items of that category, though, there's a big TODO for that i'm planning on doing something useful for low ram plebs, basically it will be freeing some of the previously rendered items (say, 100 are visible, you scrolled abit down, 95 are visible, 5 are freed, 5 new appear and so on.). I know there are some missing creatures, i'm still working on that one
