Spell No exhaust on custom spell

Simple fix sorry for the post.

You'll see the formulas, and the animations ingame, but the spells wont do any damage or have any effect whatsoever PvP and PvM, you need to make new formulas if you want that spell to even work..

The fix for the spell was really simple..just add "return TRUE" before the last "end" in the code.
