Lua NPC configurable

Hey guys, I have a series of script that only start when god talks "/start [event]"t etc and wanted to put them in automatic, for a certain time to run the "/start [event]" Is there any npc that has god access, and which is configurable on which day and time does it speak / start? Thanks in advance.

You would create a globalevent script that executes the same things that the talkactions used by the god does.
Or if you really need you could also use addEvent in an NPC script, but would be alot easier to broadcast the message as if the NPC said it.
