Npc?

Hey <3 ;D i need help can someone explain me why i cant have my npc in my map. i map then in my map editor but they arent at the map. and my promoter doesnt work he say sell promotion but when i say yes he doesnt do anythink . Please help

Did you forget to add in a spawn zone for the npcs?
