i don't like this idea, the thief can transfer his money for other account and buy with new account, and this account don't is on blacklist.. =(

He said he would buy my server and pay when he gets his paycheck, turns out he blocked me and stole my server.

I am not doing that anymore, I learned my lesson.

Just subscribe his email to every GAY PORN site on the net plus other spam sites most surely he gave you his "everyday" email since he had to block you, if it was a secondary email he wouldn't need to block you since all he has to do is abandon his email.

LOL. This list is complete bullshit. I found myself on the list, because I did a LEGITIMATE chargeback on a server that I did NOT donate to. I don't donate on OTs, and when I was on vacation, my RL somehow hacked my PayPal account. I did an unauthorized transaction chargeback since it WASN'T me who authorized the transaction, and I'm SURE there was a reaon I won it. PayPal obviously did and IP check and investigated, like they told me they would. Anyway, the IP isn't even my IP, never has been, and my friend was bitching at me when I got back since his account was deleted. (Btw, I think it was on Balls of Steel or some shit).

I'm just saying.. this list is bullshit how you're saying "these people always donate and make chargebacks.."

There is no such thing! If your account donated to an OT server, thats not our fault!
