Windows Port 80 on XAMPP [REP++]

Well,

"Port 80 doesn't work for me"

How do i unblock this?
I don't have a firewall on my router. [modem]

I think it's my windows firewall or my security...

Can you tell me which and how to unblock it?

Hi, i have a program named "skype" skype blocked my port 80. you can change the port on portforwarding.com

I said it wasn't my router.... portforward.com is for routers...

Sure here you are:

Go to control panel > firewall

Then exception

Then add port

First UDP > ok , Then add port again and choose TCP

Otherwise you could just turn it off but if it works by just allowing the port for udp and tcp then go for it!
