Problem with remere's map editor

My Remere's map editor is saying it has to have tibia.dat and .spr but i got both of them and they are 8.6. What do i do Next?

The client you installed is the updated 8.6, goto remere's website and download & install the client from there.

OMG now its saying i got a Tibia.dat Error and not the tibia.spr any more....

Go to your tibia folder C:/Programfiles(x86)/Tibia.
Find tibia.spr and tibia.dat, copy those into your map editor folder.

Good to go.

1) What do you mean no?
2) You don't need to copy tibia.dat/spr into your RME folder, you just need to choose the prefered installation file.
