Problem with Znote

Im creating a website for my server of Tibia, and I have everything working but when I'm installing the Znote
it asked me to copy this script:

But when I copy this to phpmyadmin I have this problem

I barely know the script language so I can't fix this by myself, so I'm hoping the help from anyone

Make sure that you already have table "guild_wars" created. If you got it, try to change the db and use another scheme.sql

add that into SQL if you have any error's remove the "Znote_guild_wars"
