PZ issues

I have an issue where a player can be standing in pz area (such as depot) can walk out and attack a skulled player and then go back into pz zone without any problems.

How to make them so that they cannot enter into pz after they attack a skull?

If they attack person without a skull - they get skulled and cannot enter pz area.
