I feel like iv seen something similar to this before, nonetheless it looks cool including the sprites.
Edit: Theres a border bug on that middle building roof on the bottom right.

Tier 1 Classes: A tier 1 class, is basically the lowest and basic form of a class, By obtaining levels in these classes it allows you to move further into a more advanced tier 2 class. To advance to a tier 2 class, you must complete a series of tasks for the class NPC, and achieve level 5 or higher in the respect class. These classes have a very basic range of passive and toggle abilities.
  • Scholar: A Scholar is alot like a beginner Wizard with passive and toggle abilities.
  • Fighter: A Fighter is someone who is taught the basics of being a Warrior, this class also uses passive and toggle abilities.
  • Rogue: A Rogue is a person who looks out first and foremost for themself by using skills such as luck, dexterity, and charisma.
  • Mage: A Mage is someone who would like to advance further in the arts of magic, in goodness or evil, it is required you advance atleast to level 5 in this class to begin the studies of advanced magic.
Tier 2 Classes: A tier 2 class, is obviously more advanced than a tier 1 class, by advancing to this tier, you have either gone half way throughout the tier 1 class, or maxed out your tier 1 class. By obtaining levels in these classes it allows you to move further into a highly advanced tier 3 class. To advance to a tier 3 class, you must have maxed out 1 or more tier 1 or tier 2 classes. These classes have a better chance at unlocking the full potential to passive and toggle abilities.

  • Wizard: A Wizard is someone who has mastered his or her magic ability and can now deal a serious amount of damage if used correctly
  • Dracomancer: A Dracomancer is one who has his or her heart infused with the heart of a dragon, this allows the player to call forth the power of many powerful dragonborns, eventually when this class is maxed, there is a chance you can cast a spell to to transform into a full fledged dragon.
  • Knight: A Knight is someone who has mastered the arts of defense and dealing a severe amount of damage, not to mention, they know the weak points in your armor.
  • Ninja: A Ninja is one of the most popular classes for lower levels who like to be quick on their feet and strike with several abilities, but beware these classes are not easily maintained.
  • Berserker: A Berserker is quite alike a Knight in many ways, except with many passive rage abilities, its critical damage varies greatly.
  • Pirate: A Pirate is someone who is not only agile, but is very quick and quite precise with his or her attacks, not many of them miss an attack, not to mention these greedy bastards may gain boosted health and mana while drinking certain potions.
  • Beastmaster: A Beastmaster is someone who is one with nature and her majestic pets, be careful who knows what this mighty class could call from the wild.
Tier 3 Classes: A Tier 3 class is in someway very difficult to obtain, but the outcome is fantastic. Once advancing to a tier 3 class, you will be able to infuse yourself with Vamprism or Lycanism. Some say that You can even mix the two, or with the dragonborn. Tier 3 classes unlock a very important part to the game, unlocking the ability to face extreamly strong creates, bosses and even travel into the Void. After reaching Tier 3, unfortunally there is no more advancing, However there are several sets of equipment that you may unlock levels in, just like a class! In doing so you can combo your class with a class armor and unlock very powerful passive and toggle abilities, or even powerful skills and spells!
  • Necromancer: A Wizard of dark arts, reaping the kind of their souls and rising the dead, well you get the point.. Their just evil, not to mention you can control a Giant skeleton being to whatever you please.. how intriguing!
  • Dragon Slayer: A Dragon Slayer soul purpose is to slay dragons right? Correct but this powerful class is defiantly not on to mess with.
  • Pria Knight: A knight of this status, is agile in every way possible, with the ability to fuse your weapon with unimaginable elemental powers has join under the Knight's Order.
  • Assassin: An Assassin, smart, and with incredible speed rarely seen in fact, can strike a foe several times over and over without being exhausted, they know every single weak point, and are masters in creating remedies to cure their wounds.
  • Shapeshifter: Well this is something new.. By training as a Scholar, and a Beastmaster you already have a small taste of what might lead, but the ability to transform into several creatures and use the full ability of their skills is truly amazing, this class is one to behold.
  • Paladin: A Paladin, one who knew right from wrong, and harnessed the full ability of the sun and sword can infuse his or her weapon with incredible holy damage, you can even call forth the power of the 7 Holy warriors to help aid in battle, beware this class is known very well for its Resurrection powers, well a 35% chance I might add.
  • Martial Artist: Ah yes, a class worthy of mentioning.. This rage filled class brings a whole new meaning to strength, some say that moving mountains and running across water is something possible. Not to mention can deal an extremely strong combos with little to no cooldown time, however energy processed is difficult if under a condition.
Above all else, each class has a class armor, in which you can unlock several passive and toggle abilities. If you're lucky you may stumble across all pieces and forge a full set, in doing so you have a 5% chance while fighting to unlock the special passive abilitly that lies within each complete set.
Class Trainers may know the whereabouts of these sets, but their location are a mystery.

I have a basic understanding of what game you're trying to recreate, but how do you manage to incorporate a player to unlock every class? or will the player only be able to unlock a single class and rank up?
Edit: I have a couple questions for you, mind any chance you could reply to me private message?
