Server problem!

I have a problem, people can not log into my server! I've tried different things but it works nonetheless not. Could someone help me?

Open the ports 7171 & 7172 in your Firewall & Modem/router.

This is an complete tutorial how you open your ports!
Just search your router in the list and click on tibia.
And u see what u have to open..

open poorts 7171 and 7172.

I have done so but it still raised the same problem!

Open TCP and UDP for both 7171 and 7172, and for 80 if you want to use a website.

I forwarded port in the firewall with: 7171 7172 3306 and also the same in my modem/router but it still doesn't work!
