I turned on my OT today and all the houses were clean, it was like all houses got restarted. Someone knows how this could happen?

When closing down your ot do it via Ctrl + alt + Del and close process.
Dont forget to save though

Other way when you close down via x-mark it will sometimes delete several or all houses.
