It's a training monk rune, that summons a training monk for you to train on. Exactly the same as a mage summoning you a monk.

It's not like afk trainers.

Sarawrrr pretty much explained it all.
I can add that it is possible to kill the training monk.
Also the training monk can't be controlled. (it is not a summon)

No, i said that the server was hosted on a separate line (internet line).
We contacted our ISP and but they can't do more then contacting the DDOS'ers ISP.

EDIT: then it is up to their ISP to take action against their customer.
