[Sweden] Othera 8.5 RL Map - NEW EXP STAGE - No resets

Othera has been worked on for a long time and offers alot of features you don't find on other RL Maps. One of them are no resets.

We focus alot on the PVP and have balanced the vocations to almost perfection.
The rates is also adjusted to be fit with PVP players and to keep the levels balanced in fights (Teams not running around spamming ue to win)

--Since the 0.3.5 frag system doesnt allow us to change the frag reducement time its at 30 days probably. This is why we have such high frags at the moment.
--Theres only 2 killers per player, and not 20 like in real tibia.

This is not Narozia. The owner of Narozia directed his IP to my server 'Othera' which have been running for several months. I just happend to be a friend of Narozia's owner.
