tfs 1.0 not getting skull on attack

Hello.
Just like in title players do not gain any skulls or even pzlocked during pvp.
I already had worldtype = pvp in config.
I asked in some places about pvp system in tfs 1.0 (any system old or new I don't care...) but nobody answered (is it a taboo or somethin?)
I also searched for any lua-pvp/skull system in the Internet but there are only war-server-like scripts...

I hope anyone will give me some information about it.

(It's strange that in source there are many codes with gaining skull, but it looks like these don't work or are not included somewhere.......)
 
Are you using PVP zones? Are you sure the PVP type is 'pvp'?

A lot of people are using 1.0 and I don't see any complaints, so it must just be you.
I can check it real quick to see any issues that may have been missed, but it's unlikely.

You don't need to download or get any PVP system, almost every server since the dawn of OpenTibia had a PVP system.

I have a little bit custom edition but I am quite sure that official tfs 1.0 had this issue too...
I can compile original distro and see what is going on.
About pvp-zone, I don't get skull out of pvpz while attacking player but I can attack player. So what is purpose of pvp-zone?

@EDIT I totally forgot: How can I check if I'm using pvp-zones or not? Maybe there's something I don't have a clue about (before tfs 1.0 I used tfs 0.2.6 few years ago so in this time something could change :D)
