The level 200 Quest

Hello. I recently tried to complete the level 200 quest. I'm currently at the point where there's a teleport that leads back to the start... and it looks like I should be able to levitate down to the next area, but levitate doesn't work. As far as I can see there are no other options... the quest is cut off at this point.

I left my character mana training in game where the "bug" is located... so any of you guys can just teleport over and check it out.

Nevermind. I'm a retard. I just walked onto the sqm and its like invisible stairs >.>
